Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our wines, shipping, and orders.
Where do your wines ship?
Due to state-by-state alcohol shipping regulations, availability varies by location. We currently ship to 45 states. We're unable to ship to Utah, Rhode Island, Delaware, Arkansas, and Mississippi at this time. Enter your zip code at checkout to confirm we can deliver to your door.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location. During warmer months, we may use cold packaging or hold shipments to protect wine quality. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
What is your return or exchange policy?
If a bottle arrives damaged or flawed, reach out to us within 3-5 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Because of alcohol shipping regulations, we're unable to accept returns on opened bottles.
Do you offer a wine club or subscription?
Not yet, but it's coming. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when we launch.
Can I order Reclamación for my restaurant, bar, or shop?
Absolutely. We love working with restaurants and retailers who share our values. Reach out through our contact form or email us at david@reclamacionwines.com and we'll connect you with the right people.
Is someone required to sign for delivery?
Yes. An adult signature (21+) is required for all wine shipments. This is required by law and can't be waived. If you won't be home, we recommend shipping to a workplace or another address where someone can sign during delivery hours.
What grapes and regions do you work with?
We don't work within the confines of any one region or grape and that's exactly the point. Reclamación is about freedom, and that extends to how we source fruit. David has the freedom to make whatever moves him, from regions you know well and from ones you haven't discovered yet. Sonoma Valley, Madera, Solano, Lake County. We go where the best fruit is and we let it speak for itself. No boxes. No rules. Just wine made with intention.
Do you offer gift packaging or gift orders?
For any gifting or larger orders, contact us directly and we'll put something together for you.
How should I store my wine after it arrives?
Keep bottles on their side in a cool, dark place, ideally between 55-65°F. Avoid storing wine near heat sources, in direct sunlight, or anywhere with big temperature swings. You don't need a wine fridge, but a closet or pantry works better than a kitchen counter.
I have a question that's not listed here. How do I reach you?
